The Nuttery is Sublime. Attempting something like this myself, 800 ft above sea level on the side of an active volcano in Japan. Trillium grandiflorum ‘Flore Pleno’ and Anemonopsis macrophylla ‘Flore Pleno’, provide similar-shaped flowers, but different heights. Interspersed with ferns and Deinanthe caerulea. Something of an experiment this year.
